Rietway provides professional and consultancy support for company/LLP registration, GST, trademarks, licences, statutory compliance, and related advisory work. We act as your authorised consultant/facilitator for filings with government departments; final approvals rest solely with the respective government authority (MCA, GST department, trademark registry, etc.) and are outside our control.

2. Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information/documents for any filing.
• Any penalty, rejection or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you is not Rietway's liability.

3. Fees

Our professional fees and applicable government fees are communicated before an engagement begins. Government fees are collected on a pass-through basis. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your business and personal information as confidential and use it only to deliver the engaged service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Rietway's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the professional fee paid for that specific service. We are not liable for losses arising from government processing delays, policy changes, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Intellectual property

All content on rietway.com — text, graphics, logo — is the property of Rietway Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
